  It has been always an issue that bothers me for a long period of time that I had trouble seeking a Point of sale POS management system in Malaysia that can collaborate with my business model. I run a company called "Sweet little Home" selling mainly gifts and hampers goods. As a small gifts carrier, the inventory control can be out of hand without tight monitored through a POS Point of sale system. It is because with a Point of sale POS retail management system, it enable my employees to set in all the stock item regards the Supplier (whether it is on consignment or outright). My workers have the options to either input the barcode in the POS software system or create a new code for those products that do not come with a code.

That is the part that gives me headaches. Every personnel that company hire need to be train in order for them to work through the Point of sale POS software. Because of that, i'm always busy by solving the POS system whenever there is a break down or downtime caused by human error.

  That is why i brought up the discussion with my business partner-Eric and asked him about changing to a new Point of sale POS software that has easier working instructions compare to the existing one that we have.   We are very satisfy with the ARMS Lite performance. After it is installed for a year now it seems like things are working out smooth. The Point of sale POS software is not as complicated as all the others. Therefore our employees can easily cope with the system within a short amount of time.

    It is a problem that POS POint of sale system is not one fit for all, you need to specify your specifications and see if whether the product is right for u. However, after using ARMS Lite Point of sale POS system, i found that it is the right product for my company :p
